Hi! I'm Leslie and I'm the owner of Heat Bakery! I created this small batch, home-based, all inclusive bakery back in 2017 and have worked hard to build it from scratch (pun intended). Based in both the Austin area and El Paso, TX, my bakery is centered around cookie culture and making giant bakery style cookies. I try my best to create indulgent treats for everyone! With my unpaid employee, I mean, my supportive husband by my side, we are a team in creating this cookie experience. Together we have 4 kids, 3 dogs and live in constant chaos. At Heat, we are human, we say bad words, we make delicious dough and we strive for quality and friendly connections. Cookies make us happy and we want to share that with the world!!!
